Duraluminum Products Guard Buildings
Constructed from
clear andodized aluminum materials, this low cost, low
maintence building
is designed to bring you years of useful life.
Porta-King guard buildings ship fully assembled and
completely pre-wired (unless otherwise specified).
Simply off-load the building at your
job-site, set and anchor the building onto a concrete
pad, supply power to the pre-wired
breaker-box, and you're ready for operation.
These units have been designed around current
International Building Code (IBC) standards.
Specific attention to ceiling height provisions and ADA
requirements have been identified and
are part of our base pricing. Base price includes:
Electrical package (1-115v duplex outlet,
1-230v single outlet, interior fluorescent fixture,
100amp, 12-space, with 100-amp main
load center); Aluminum treadplate foor finish;
Full-width counter (22"-deep); Clear ceiling height
of 90"; ADA-compliant door and hardware; UL(NEC)
Classification insignia.
